WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Merchandise is to be returned in the same condition as when sold, intact in original packaging with accessories and paperwork if applicable. Postmark must be within 3 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are refundable only if there is an error on our part. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping, handling and insurance. Refunds will be via PayPal or a mailed check.
WHEN IS PAYMENT FOR MY PURCHASE(S) EXPECTED?
If you're paying with PayPal payment is expected immediately unless you're waiting for a combined total. If you're mailing payment (money order or cashiers check only) we expect it within 7 days.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT and WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. If payment is through PAYPAL your purchase will be shipped within 2 business days. If you mail payment shipment may be delayed up to 8 business days or until payment clears OUR BANK.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
Priority mail includes delivery confirmation and insurance. First Class Mail fees include delivery confirmation only ($1.65 insurance is optional). Purchases over $250 that are paid for with PayPal will require your signature upon delivery.
